FLEXI-PAY PROGRAM

Q : What are the benefits of Flexi-Pay Program?

Affordable monthly installment

Q : This is a 1-year installment so after the 1 year does the door belong to me?”

A : YES.

Q : In the event that I decide not to continue half-way thru the installment, what’s the penalty?

A : If cancellation is within the contract period then your deposits shall be forfeited and there will be an early termination charge. The charges will be calculated based on the termination date just like Telco plans where the earlier you terminate the penalties will be higher.

Q : What is your markup if I go by installment?

A : 10% from the actual selling price however our Flexi-Pay program comes with maintenance service which costs $600 for sliding and $400 for swing. In the end, you are still saving some cost if you take up flexi-pay.

Q : Can I pay by credit card?

A : Not for the time being as we are in the midst of applying for credit card acceptance facilities like 0% interest installment plans with the banks.
