Q : What is the difference between your Automatic Doors & those at Shopping Malls?
A : Ours is a 2-in 1 wireless switch ie you either WAVE TO OPEN or PRESS TO OPEN. Most of the automatic doors only have one option ie either press to open or thru motion sensors thus even if the person has no intention of entering as long as the person is within the range of the sensor the door will open.
Therefore the advantages of our Touchless hands-free activation are
1) Doors open when intended as you need to wave within 4 inches from the switch thus it is more energy efficient (whenever a door opens & closes, it allows heat in & cold air to escape).
2) And with the touchless option, you reduce common touchpoints and also reduce the spread of viruses.
Q : Currently, we are using Manual Swing Doors so if I would like to switch to Auto Swing Doors do I need to change the entire doors?
A :No, you don’t need to. We will do modifications to the existing door with some minor builder’s work.

Q : I’m starting my restaurant 2 months from now, can you work with my contractor on the design & installation part?
A : Yes. We can co-ordinate with your appointed contractor/designer to build up the doors as required.
Q : What is the range of doors that you have? Is this $199 the standard one?
A : We have a wide range of doors such as auto swing, auto slide, auto slide & fold, etc. Prices start from $199/mth so depends on what you choose & the complexity of the installation, etc.
Q : Are the doors customizable?
A : All auto doors are customized to each unique site requirement.
Q : Do you dispose the current doors for me?
A : Yes, FOC.
Q : What’s the range like?
A : Wave-to-open switch picks up hand gestures within four inches ensuring it triggers operation only when intended.
Q : Will your automatic doors work if there is a power failure.
A : Unless you take up our Flex-pay program then we will provide the emergency back-up upgrade for auto doors. Otherwise, you would have to pay for the back-up.
